Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers instruction, laboratory access, and academic resources. It is fixed annually and adjusted based on inflation and institutional costs.
Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation includes single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with amenities like Wi-Fi, study halls, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security.
Mess Advance: Mess charges are collected in advance to cover meals for the entire semester. The billing system is transparent, with monthly updates on consumption and adjustments.
Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies, providing assistance in case of medical emergencies or family crises.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the institute's medical center, including consultations, vaccinations, and minor treatments.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports activities, gym facilities, and extracurricular events organized on campus.

Hostel & Mess Charges: Hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, and triple occupancy. The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, where students pay for meals based on consumption. Rebates are available for students who attend fewer meals or those with financial constraints. Additional charges may apply for special dietary requirements or room upgrades.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships: The institute offers various financial aid options:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees and hostel rent for students belonging to these categories. A 50% reduction in mess charges is also provided.
- EWS Category: 25% concession in all fees for economically weaker sections.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 10% reduction in tuition fee and hostel rent.
The application process involves submitting the required documents along with an online form. The eligibility criteria are strictly reviewed by the financial aid committee to ensure fair distribution of benefits.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy: Payment deadlines are set for the first week of each semester. Late fees of ₹500 per day are applicable after the deadline. Students can make payments through net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the program and must be approved by the administration. Withdrawal requests submitted within 15 days of admission are eligible for full refund minus administrative charges.
