Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments for fees must be made through NEFT/RTGS or online banking transfers to the college's designated account. Late payments attract a nominal late fee of INR 500 per month until the dues are cleared.
The refund policy is strictly followed in cases of withdrawal or discontinuation from the program. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of the withdrawal application and verification of documents.
Students who wish to withdraw must submit a formal application along with supporting documents. Once approved, the refund amount is credited back to the student's bank account after deducting administrative charges.
