Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees with partial concessions on hostel charges and mess fees.
  • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees, with additional subsidies on hostel and mess charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 30% concession on tuition fees, subject to verification of documents.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fee payments must be made via online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or credit/debit card transactions. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until the due date is met.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completion. Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal upon submission of necessary documents and clearance of dues.

Students who wish to defer payment or apply for installment plans must submit a formal request along with supporting documentation to the finance department for approval.
