Fee Breakdown Details

The tuition fee covers access to all academic resources including libraries, laboratories, and digital platforms. It also includes periodic assessments, project supervision, and faculty interaction hours.

Hostel charges are inclusive of accommodation in shared or private rooms depending on availability and preference. The university provides modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, AC, laundry services, and 24-hour security.

Mess advance is collected to cover meals during the academic year. The billing system is transparent with daily meal charges deducted from the advance amount. Students can opt for monthly adjustments or pay in installments.

The Student Benevolent Fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. It provides emergency loans and grants to ensure uninterrupted education.

Medical fees cover basic healthcare services at the campus hospital, including consultations, diagnostics, and prescribed medications. The facility is staffed with qualified doctors and nurses.

Gymkhana fees fund recreational activities, sports facilities, cultural events, and student clubs. Members receive discounts on gym memberships, event tickets, and club-related expenses.

Examination fees cover the cost of conducting end-of-semester exams, evaluation processes, and result publication. Additional charges may apply for re-evaluation or duplicate certificates.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad occupancy options. Each room is equipped with beds, wardrobes, study tables, and fans. Shared bathrooms and common areas are provided for all residents.

Mess charges vary by meal plan. A standard monthly plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Special dietary arrangements such as vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and hygienic options are available upon request.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds during holidays or if they do not consume meals for specific days. The rebate amount is calculated based on the number of days absent from the mess.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial aid options for deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive a 50% concession on tuition fees.
  • EWS Category: Eligible candidates receive a 25% reduction in tuition fee.
  • MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Communities): A 30% waiver is granted to students from this group.

Scholarship criteria include academic performance, leadership qualities, and extracurricular achievements. The university provides merit-based scholarships ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 per semester.

The application process involves submitting the required documents through the online portal. Selected candidates are notified via email and receive detailed instructions for further steps.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 10 days of receiving the payment notice. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until cleared.

Payments can be made via online transfer, NEFT/RTGS, or cash at the finance office. Receipts are generated automatically and stored in the student's profile for future reference.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Withdrawal before 30 days: Full refund minus administrative charges of ₹10,000.
  • Withdrawal between 30-60 days: Refund after deducting 25% of total fees.
  • Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund is processed.

The refund is processed within 45 working days from the date of withdrawal application. Students must submit all necessary documents including academic records and hostel clearance certificates.
