Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after withdrawal from the program. Refund eligibility depends on:

  • No academic misconduct or pending dues
  • Completion of all formalities including document verification
  • Submission of refund request within one month of withdrawal

Partial refunds are applicable for students who leave midway through a semester, subject to deduction of administrative charges and pro-rated fees.
