Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

  • EWS Category: Students in the Economically Weaker Section category are eligible for up to 50% concession on tuition fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through net banking or credit/debit cards via the official portal. Students are expected to complete payment within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

Late fees are applicable for delayed payments:

  • For delays exceeding 7 days: 10% of the total fee amount
  • For delays exceeding 15 days: 20% of the total fee amount

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after withdrawal or resignation. The refund policy ensures that students receive their dues after deducting applicable charges such as late fees and administrative costs.
