Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel options including single, double, triple, and quad-sharing rooms with varying comfort levels. Each room comes equipped with basic furniture, internet connectivity, and 24-hour security.

Mess charges are inclusive of three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and include dietary accommodations for students with special needs. The billing system operates on a monthly basis with advance payments required at the start of each semester.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not use the mess facility or those who have medical exemptions. Rebates are calculated based on actual usage and approved by the hostel management office.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial assistance options to eligible candidates:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and full concession on hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition and 25% on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession on tuition fee and 10% on hostel charges.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and category certificates issued by respective authorities. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process or within a specified period post-admission.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the university's official account. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, and late fees of ₹1000 per day apply after the due date.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund rules are as follows:

  • Withdrawal before first semester: 90% refund
  • Withdrawal after first semester but before second: 70% refund
  • Withdrawal after second semester: 50% refund

Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation. The university reserves the right to deduct any outstanding dues from the refund amount.
