  • Single Occupancy Rooms: INR 25000 per semester with attached bathroom facilities.
  • Double Occupancy Rooms: INR 20000 per semester with shared bathrooms.
  • Triple Occupancy Rooms: INR 18000 per semester with shared facilities.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, with meals provided twice daily. Students can opt for different meal plans based on their dietary preferences and requirements. Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until the payment is made. Students who wish to withdraw from the program can apply for a refund according to the following guidelines:

  • Withdrawal before first semester: Full refund minus administrative charges of INR 1000.
  • Withdrawal after first semester: Refund of 75% of paid fees minus administrative charges.
  • Withdrawal after second semester: Refund of 50% of paid fees minus administrative charges.

All refund applications must be submitted within one month of withdrawal, and the process typically takes two weeks to complete. Refunds are processed directly into the student's bank account upon verification of documents.
