Fee Components Explanation

Hostel & Mess Charges
The university provides hostel facilities for both male and female students in well-maintained buildings equipped with modern amenities. Hostel rooms are available in various categories:
- Semi-Detached Rooms (Single Occupancy): ₹25,000 per semester
- Shared Rooms (Two Occupancy): ₹25,000 per semester
- Shared Rooms (Three Occupancy): ₹25,000 per semester
Mess charges are determined based on consumption and are settled monthly. The mess serves nutritious meals three times a day with vegetarian options available for all students. Meal plans can be customized according to dietary preferences and health requirements.
Rebate policies allow students who stay in hostels for the entire academic year to receive discounts on hostel rent. Students who do not opt for mess facilities can choose alternative meal arrangements at reduced costs.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial assistance schemes to support students from economically weaker sections and meritorious candidates:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% fee waiver on tuition and hostel charges. Additional concessions are available for examination fees and other expenses.
- EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 50% discount on tuition fees and a partial waiver on hostel charges.
- MCM (Meritorious Candidate Merit): Top-performing students in qualifying exams are awarded scholarships covering up to 100% of tuition fees for the entire program.
The application process involves submitting necessary documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, and academic records. Applications must be submitted before the start of the academic year or within specified deadlines.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through online banking, demand draft, or credit/debit card transactions. The university does not accept cash payments for any fee components.
Late payment incurs a penalty of ₹100 per day beyond the due date. Students are advised to make payments well in advance to avoid late fees and maintain good standing.
In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies apply based on the duration of study and financial obligations fulfilled:
- Before First Semester: Full refund minus administrative charges
- After First Semester: Refund of remaining fees after deduction of tuition fee for the semester completed
- After Completion of Program: No refunds are entertained under any circumstances
The university ensures that all refund transactions are processed within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal application. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for enrollment.
