Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through online banking or debit/credit card transactions. The payment deadline for each semester is set three days before the start of the semester to allow for processing time.
Late fees are calculated at 5% per month on unpaid balances beyond the due date. However, students can apply for a grace period of up to 10 days with prior approval from the administration.
In case of withdrawal or discontinuation, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal within 15 days: 100% refund
- Withdrawal between 16-30 days: 75% refund
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund
