Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fee payments must be made through net banking, debit/credit cards, or NEFT transfers to the university's designated account. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 1000 per day beyond the due date.
In case of withdrawal or course discontinuation, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal Before Admission: Full refund upon submission of official documents and withdrawal form.
- Withdrawal After Admission: Refund of tuition fee minus a processing fee of INR 5000. Hostel and mess charges are adjusted accordingly based on occupancy period.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 15 working days after the withdrawal request is approved.
