- Final installment – Due before mid-semester break
Late payments incur a fee of ₹1,000 per day until cleared. Students are encouraged to pay in full to avoid interest charges.
Refund Policy
The refund policy is governed by strict rules to ensure fairness and transparency:
- Refunds are processed within 30 working days upon submission of a valid request
- Requests must be submitted through the official portal with supporting documents
- Refunds are not issued for courses that have been completed or partially attended
- Students must provide a detailed reason for withdrawal along with a withdrawal form
The university reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from refunded amounts.

For students wishing to withdraw from the program:
- Submit a written application to the registrar’s office
- Provide reasons for withdrawal and supporting documents
- Clear all dues including fees, library books, and hostel charges
- Obtain clearance from relevant departments before processing refund
The refund amount is calculated after deducting administrative costs and penalties. The process typically takes 60 working days from the date of application.

- Workshops on budget planning and cost management
- Seminars on student loan awareness and repayment strategies
- Guidance sessions on managing finances during studies
These initiatives help students understand financial obligations and make informed decisions regarding their education-related expenses.
