Fee Structure - Per Semester

The total fee for the entire 4-year program is approximately INR 842,000. This includes all components and charges as outlined above.

Breakdown of Fee Components

• Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, library access, and academic resources. The fee structure remains consistent across semesters but may vary slightly due to inflation adjustments.
• Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in shared rooms with basic amenities such as bedding, furniture, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Mess Advance: Covers meal expenses for the semester. Students are expected to manage mess billing after advance payment.
• Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal charge used for student welfare activities and scholarships.
• Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services available on campus, including consultations and emergency care.
• Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and extracurricular activities, including gym access and event organization.
• Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting examinations and issuing transcripts.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodation at Dr Preeti Global University Shivpuri offers various room types to cater to different needs:

• Single Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester (includes Wi-Fi and utilities)
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 25,000 per semester (shared facilities)
• Triple Occupancy Room: INR 20,000 per semester (shared facilities)

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students receive a monthly bill based on consumption and can pay online via the university portal or through campus cashiers. Rebates are available for students with good attendance and academic performance.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer several financial assistance options to support deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges with partial concession on mess billing.
• EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent, along with a full rebate on mess charges.
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent, with full rebate on mess charges.

Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit, performance in entrance exams, and financial need. Applications for scholarships must be submitted during the first week of each semester. Eligibility criteria include minimum CGPA (3.0) and family income (below INR 5 lakh annually).

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the stipulated deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of 1% per month on the outstanding amount.

The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal or transfer. Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents and official communication from the concerned university. Refunds are processed within 60 days of approval, subject to deductions for administrative charges and hostel dues.
