Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

- SC/ST/PwD: 100% fee waiver if family income is below ₹2 lakh per annum.
- EWS: 50% fee concession for students with family income between ₹2-4 lakh per annum.
- MCM: Full fee waiver for meritorious students scoring above 90% in 12th-grade exams.
The application process involves uploading scanned documents including income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and academic transcripts. The university reviews applications annually and disburses aid based on available funds.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments must be made through net banking or credit/debit cards within the specified deadline. Late fees are charged at 1% per month for delayed payments beyond the due date.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal before 30 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal between 30-60 days: 50% refund after deducting administrative costs.
- Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund is applicable.
