Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the university before the end of the semester:
- Withdrawal within 7 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 8-30 days: Refund of 90% of total fees
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is processed
