Hostel & Mess Charges

  • Triple Room: INR 8,000/month (shared facilities)
  • Common Rooms: INR 5,000/month (private rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom)

Mess charges are collected in advance at the beginning of each semester:

  • Standard Meal Plan: INR 10,000/semester (includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
  • Veg Meal Plan: INR 8,000/semester
  • Non-Veg Meal Plan: INR 12,000/semester

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds for missed meals or during vacation periods.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial aid options for deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Students: 100% fee waiver on tuition and hostel charges if income is below INR 3 lakh/year.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee with additional support for hostel rent.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid by the last working day of each month to avoid late fees:

  • Late Fee: INR 100 per day for overdue payments beyond the deadline.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the program, subject to deductions for administrative charges and unutilized fees.
  • Payment Methods: Online payment via debit/credit cards, net banking, or NEFT/RTGS transfers.
