Application Process

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
All fees must be paid by the last day of the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹500 per day until the balance is cleared.

- First Week: No late fees
- Second Week: ₹500/day
- Third Week: ₹1,000/day
- Fourth Week: ₹1,500/day
Refund Rules
If a student withdraws from the university before completing one semester, a refund of tuition fees is processed after deducting administrative charges. Refunds are issued within 30 days of withdrawal confirmation.
For students who complete at least one semester but decide to leave midway, partial refunds are available based on the number of completed semesters and any applicable deductions.
