The mess billing system is automated using RFID cards. Students can track their consumption and make payments through the university portal or cash counters on campus.

Scholarship eligibility is determined based on family income, caste certificate, and academic performance. Detailed income slabs are as follows:
Students must submit a detailed application form along with supporting documents such as income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and academic transcripts. Applications are reviewed by the Scholarship Committee and decisions are communicated within two weeks.
All fees must be paid by the last day of the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹500 per day until the balance is cleared.
If a student withdraws from the university before completing one semester, a refund of tuition fees is processed after deducting administrative charges. Refunds are issued within 30 days of withdrawal confirmation.
For students who complete at least one semester but decide to leave midway, partial refunds are available based on the number of completed semesters and any applicable deductions.
