Gymkhana Fees

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

Refund Rules

  • Withdrawal: Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the university, subject to deduction of administrative charges.
  • Transfer: Students transferring to another institution may receive a refund for unutilized fees after verification.
  • Medical Leave: Students on medical leave may request a temporary refund of hostel and mess charges upon submission of valid medical certificates.

Payment Methods

Fees can be paid through online banking, credit/debit cards, NEFT, or demand draft. The university does not accept cash payments for any fee-related transactions.
