Each component of the fee structure serves a specific purpose in supporting student life and academic excellence.

Tuition Fee

Application Process

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The university follows a transparent payment procedure to ensure timely fee submission and ease of tracking.

Payment Deadlines

  • Semester Start: Fees must be paid within one week of semester commencement.
  • Mid-Semester: Payments are due by mid-semester for any outstanding balances.

Late Fee Calculations

A late fee of 2% per month is applicable on unpaid dues beyond the deadline. Interest charges may be levied if fees remain overdue for more than six months.

Refund Rules

Refunds are processed upon withdrawal or transfer from the university, subject to certain conditions:

  • Students must submit a formal application with valid reasons and supporting documents.
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days after approval by the administration.
  • Processing fees of INR 500 are deducted from the refund amount.
  • No refunds are issued after six months of enrollment unless there is a compelling reason approved by the university authorities.
