The mess charges are fixed at ₹12,000 per month for all students. This includes three meals daily with a varied menu designed by nutritionists. Students can opt for special dietary options such as vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or gluten-free upon prior request.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they are absent for more than two weeks due to medical reasons or other valid causes. Applications must be submitted with supporting documents to the hostel administration office.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides various financial assistance schemes based on merit, need, and social background:
- SC/ST/PwD Students: 100% waiver on tuition fees and hostel rent
- EWS Students: 50% concession on all fees
- MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% reduction in tuition fee
Eligibility for scholarships depends on income slabs as follows:
- Below ₹3 lakh/year: 100% scholarship
- ₹3–6 lakh/year: 50% scholarship
- ₹6–10 lakh/year: 25% scholarship
Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents including income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and Aadhaar card copies. Applications are reviewed by a committee comprising faculty members and administrative staff.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid online through the university portal using debit/credit cards or net banking. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees applicable after 15 days of default.
Late fees are calculated at 2% per month on the outstanding amount. Students who fail to pay within 30 days may face suspension from classes until dues are cleared.
If a student withdraws from the university before completing one semester, a refund of tuition fee and hostel rent will be processed after deducting administrative charges and any applicable late fees.
