Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, academic materials, and access to digital resources including e-books, journals, and online databases. This fee is non-refundable once paid.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in shared rooms with basic amenities such as bed, table, chair, wardrobe, and internet connectivity. Additional charges may apply for air-conditioned rooms or extra services.

Mess Advance: A fixed amount collected at the beginning of each semester to cover mess expenses. The actual cost is settled monthly based on consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: Contributes to funding student welfare initiatives, including emergency aid, scholarships, and cultural activities.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees, subject to income verification.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% reduction in total fees, with eligibility based on caste certificate and parental income.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Late Fee Calculation: A daily penalty of 0.5% is applied on outstanding balances beyond the deadline. However, no late fees are charged if the student applies for a deferment or hardship case review.

Refund Rules: Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the program after verifying eligibility criteria. Refund amounts depend on the duration of enrollment and any applicable deductions. Full refunds are not available once a student has attended classes beyond the first month of the semester.
