Hostel Rent: Accommodation is provided in fully-furnished hostels with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and security systems. Room types include single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy options.

Mess Advance: Students must pay an advance for meal expenses which is adjusted at the end of each month based on consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies during their studies.

Medical Fees: Covers medical check-ups, health services, and access to campus medical facilities.

Gymkhana Fees: Provides access to gymnasium, sports facilities, and recreational activities.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel options to accommodate students from different backgrounds. Rooms are equipped with essential furniture including beds, study tables, wardrobes, and fans. Each room has a common area for social interaction and group activities.

Mess charges vary based on the type of accommodation chosen. Students can opt for standard meals or customize their diet plans according to dietary preferences. The mess billing system is transparent with monthly statements provided to each student.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not use hostel facilities during certain periods, such as summer breaks or exam seasons. Rebates are calculated proportionally based on the number of days absent from the hostel.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is provided to meritorious students and those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligibility criteria include academic performance, family income, and category-specific concessions.

Income slabs for scholarship eligibility are as follows: Below INR 2 lakhs: Full waiver of tuition fee; INR 2-5 lakhs: 50% concession in tuition fee; INR 5-10 lakhs: 25% concession in tuition fee.

Concessions are available for SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM categories. Students must submit relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates during the application process.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid online through secure payment gateways. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day until the due date is met. The university accepts payments via debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and UPI.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies are applied as per university regulations. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of required documents and verification by the finance department.
