Mess Advance: Mess advance is collected at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses throughout the term. The billing system allows for adjustments based on actual consumption or rebate policies for specific categories.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships, covering emergency needs such as medical emergencies or family crises. Contributions are minimal but crucial for community support.

Medical Fees: Includes basic healthcare services provided on campus through the university hospital and partnerships with nearby clinics.

Gymkhana Fees: Covers maintenance of sports facilities, recreational activities, and fitness programs for students.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting examinations, including proctoring, invigilation, and result processing.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is provided to eligible students through various waiver schemes and scholarships:

• SC/ST/PwD Concessions: Eligible students receive a 50% reduction in hostel rent and mess charges.
• EWS Concessions: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 25% discount on tuition fees.
• MCM (Meritorious Student Category): Top performers receive full waiver of examination fees and partial discounts on other charges.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs, academic performance, and category-specific requirements. Applications for financial aid must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process or at designated intervals throughout the year.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within the specified deadlines to avoid late penalties. Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or through NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the due date.

The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the institution before completion of the academic year. Refunds are processed after deduction of administrative charges and pending dues. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing along with supporting documents and approval from concerned authorities.
