- Mess Advance: Prepaid meal charges covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the entire semester.
- Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution supporting student welfare activities, scholarships, and extracurricular events.
- Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by on-campus medical facilities and emergency assistance.
- Gymkhana Fees: Funds sports activities, gymnasium access, and recreational programs offered by the institute.
- Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting end-of-semester exams, including invigilation, result processing, and certificate issuance.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Our hostel facilities are equipped to ensure comfort and convenience for students. Room types include single occupancy rooms with attached bathrooms, twin-sharing rooms, and triple-sharing accommodations. Each room is furnished with essential amenities including beds, wardrobes, study tables, chairs, and fans.
The mess system operates on a prepaid model where students pay in advance for meals throughout the semester. Meals are served at fixed times and include nutritious options catering to diverse dietary preferences and cultural backgrounds. Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to valid reasons such as illness or academic commitments.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer several financial assistance schemes to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for eligible candidates with income below Rs. 2 lakhs annually.
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession for families earning between Rs. 2-4 lakhs annually.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): 30% fee concession based on income criteria and documentation.
Applications must be submitted with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and disability certificates where applicable. The review process is conducted by the financial aid committee, ensuring transparency and fairness in allocation.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are expected to be made before the start of each semester or upon registration. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 100 per day beyond the deadline. Refunds are processed only after verification of withdrawal requests and settlement of dues.
Withdrawal procedures require submission of a formal application along with relevant documentation within specified timeframes. Refund eligibility depends on the duration of enrollment, academic performance, and compliance with institutional rules.
