Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly mess charges to cover meals provided by the hostel mess. The amount is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected for supporting underprivileged students and funding extracurricular activities within the campus.

Mess billing is done monthly based on actual consumption. Students can choose between different meal plans, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Rebate policies are available for students who stay for more than a specified number of days in a month.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payment incurs a penalty of ₹500 per day, up to a maximum of 10 days. Refunds are processed only after formal application and verification of reasons such as withdrawal, transfer, or medical emergencies.
Students who withdraw from the program must submit an official request form along with supporting documents. Refund eligibility is determined based on the duration of study and adherence to academic policies.
