Mess Billing System

Rebate Policies
Students who are absent for more than 5 days during a month may be eligible for a rebate on their mess charges. Rebates are calculated based on the number of days absent and approved by the hostel authority.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Eligibility Criteria
Fee waivers and concessions are available for students belonging to reserved categories:
- SC/ST/PwD: 100% waiver of tuition fee
- EWS: 50% waiver of tuition fee
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% waiver of tuition fee
Scholarship Benefits
Students who excel academically or demonstrate exceptional talent may receive scholarships covering partial or full tuition fees. These scholarships are awarded based on performance in entrance exams and academic records.
Application Process

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of INR 500 per day until the dues are cleared.
Late Fee Calculation
Late fees are calculated on a daily basis starting from the due date. Students are advised to pay fees promptly to avoid penalties and maintain good standing with the college.
Refund Rules Upon Withdrawal
If a student withdraws from the program, refunds are processed based on the following conditions:
- Full refund if withdrawal occurs within 15 days of admission
- 70% refund if withdrawal occurs between 16-30 days
- No refund after 30 days of admission
Withdrawal Process
To withdraw from the program, students must submit a written application to the principal along with supporting documents. The application should be accompanied by a no-dues certificate issued by the finance department.
