Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments must be made via net banking, debit card, or credit card within 15 days of fee notification:

- Refund Policy: Refunds are processed upon withdrawal with valid reasons and official clearance from the administration.
- Transfer Requests: Students transferring to another institution must follow prescribed procedures and may be subject to penalties.
All refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 30 working days after approval.
