- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹5000 per month, shared among three students.
Mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals provided daily. Students can opt for different meal plans including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The mess billing system is integrated with smart cards that deduct charges automatically upon meal consumption.

- Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payment incurs a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, credit/debit cards, or cash at the college office.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are processed only in cases of withdrawal from the program or cancellation of admission. The refund amount is calculated after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
Students who wish to withdraw from the program must submit a written application to the principal with valid reasons. The refund process begins after verification by the finance department and approval from the higher authorities. Refunds are credited back to the original mode of payment within 30 working days.
