Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal from the program, students may be eligible for refunds based on the following criteria:

  • Within 7 days of admission: Full refund minus processing charges
  • Beyond 7 days but within 30 days: 50% refund minus processing charges
  • Above 30 days: No refund unless due to exceptional circumstances approved by the principal

All refund requests must be submitted in writing along with supporting documents and processed within 60 working days from the date of submission.
