• Triple Occupancy Room: ₹10000/month shared among three students, basic amenities included.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students receive a monthly bill based on actual consumption, which is adjusted against the advance paid. Rebate policies are available for students who stay in hostels throughout the year without absences exceeding five days.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

To ensure accessibility, various fee waiver schemes and scholarships are available based on financial need and academic merit:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% fee waiver on tuition and hostel charges.
• EWS Category: Students in the Economically Weaker Section category get a 50% discount on all fees.
• MCM (Maiden Children of Military Personnel): Full fee waiver for eligible candidates including tuition, hostel, and mess charges.
• Academic Merit: Top performers in the first year receive a 25% scholarship on all fees for subsequent semesters.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid before the start of each semester to avoid late fee penalties:

• Late Fee Calculation: A penalty of ₹500 per day is applicable after the deadline unless an extension is granted.
• Refund Rules: Refunds are processed only for withdrawals before the commencement of the semester. No refunds are given for partial semesters or late withdrawals.
