The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle. Students pay in advance for the month and are billed accordingly. Rebates are available for students who maintain good attendance and academic standing.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer financial aid to eligible students based on income criteria:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for all components
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and hostel rent
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession on tuition fee
Applications for these benefits must be submitted with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are processed through online portals and physical counters at the administration office. Deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees calculated at 5% per month for overdue payments.
The refund policy allows for partial refunds in case of withdrawal from the program. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of all required documents.
