Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides several financial assistance schemes to support meritorious and economically weaker students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories.
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession based on income slabs below INR 1,20,000 per annum.
- MCM (Meritorious Students): Full fee waiver for top 5% rank holders in JEE Advanced or equivalent entrance exams.
Applications for these concessions must be submitted along with relevant documents and income certificates. The selection process is based on merit and need assessment.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees are to be paid through online banking, net banking, or debit/credit cards via the university portal. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with a late fee of 5% added for payments made after the due date.
The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing the first semester. A processing fee of INR 10,000 is deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
