Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is provided through various schemes including merit-based scholarships, need-based grants, and category-specific concessions. The eligibility criteria are based on family income, academic performance, and social background.
Merit-Based Scholarships: Awarded to students with outstanding academic records, typically those scoring above 90% in their qualifying examination or rank within the top 10% in national-level entrance exams.
Need-Based Grants: Available for students from economically weaker sections, covering partial or full tuition fees based on income slabs and family assets.
Category-Specific Concessions: Reserved seats and fee reductions are offered to SC/ST/PwD and EWS candidates as per government guidelines. The application process involves submitting relevant documentation and undergoing verification by the university administration.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments must be made within the specified deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties. Students can pay through online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts issued in favor of the university. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until clearance.
The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before the commencement of the academic year. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of the withdrawal request, subject to deduction of administrative charges and hostel dues.
