- Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 60,000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 45,000 per semester
Additional rebates are available for meritorious students and those from economically weaker sections.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer several financial assistance options to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for eligible students based on income slabs.
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession for students from families with annual income up to Rs. 8 lakh.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession for students belonging to minority communities.
To apply for these concessions, students must submit relevant documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and Aadhaar cards.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments are made through online portals. Students must pay the fees within the specified deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 500 per day beyond the due date.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students can apply for refunds subject to specific conditions:
- Refund is processed only after deduction of administrative charges.
- Refunds are issued within 30 days of application submission.
- Students must vacate the hostel premises before refund processing.
