Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, course materials, library access, and administrative services. It is the largest component of the fee structure.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in a shared or private room with basic amenities such as bedding, furniture, and Wi-Fi.
Mess Advance: A monthly advance paid towards meal expenses, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: Contributes to student welfare programs, including scholarships, emergency assistance, and cultural activities.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the university's medical center, including consultations and vaccinations.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and recreational facilities, including gym access, fitness classes, and campus events.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The university provides multiple hostel options to suit different preferences and budgets. Hostels are categorized into:
- Single Occupancy Room: ₹45,000 per semester (includes all utilities)
- Double Occupancy Room: ₹42,000 per semester (shared with one roommate)
- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹39,000 per semester (shared with two roommates)
Mess charges are fixed at ₹25,000 per semester and include three meals a day. Rebate policies apply to students who stay off-campus or have special dietary requirements. Refunds for unused mess advances are processed within 15 working days.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial aid options for eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees along with partial concessions on hostel charges based on income slab.
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% concession on tuition fee and partial reduction in hostel charges.
Eligibility criteria include annual income below ₹4 lakh for general category students, with additional relaxations for SC/ST/PwD candidates. Students must submit relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and disability certificates (for PwD).
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are due at the beginning of each semester. Late fees are charged at ₹500 per day beyond the deadline. The official refund policy applies to withdrawals before the start of the semester or upon medical grounds with valid documentation.
Refunds are processed within 45 days after submission of all necessary documents and verification by the finance department. Students must ensure that all dues, including hostel and mess charges, are settled before final withdrawal.
