Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel options with varying room types and amenities:

  • Semi-Detached Rooms (2-Bed): ₹15,000 per semester
  • Attached Rooms (4-Bed): ₹10,000 per semester
  • Single Occupancy Rooms**: ₹25,000 per semester

Mess charges are fixed at ₹10,000 per month for the entire academic year. Students can opt for a monthly billing system where they pay for actual consumption. Rebates are available for students who do not consume meals on certain days or during breaks.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options to support deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for eligible students based on caste certificates or disability certificates.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees and full exemption from hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount on tuition fees and partial waiver on mess charges.

Applications for fee concessions must be submitted with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The process is handled by the finance department in coordination with the academic office.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 15 days of registration. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹200 per day beyond the deadline. Students who withdraw from the program must submit a formal application to the registrar's office, along with proof of withdrawal.

Refunds are processed according to university guidelines and may take up to 30 working days. The refund amount is calculated after deducting applicable fees, penalties, and administrative charges. Withdrawal requests made before the semester begins are subject to a higher refund rate compared to those submitted midway through the academic year.
