Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made within the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of 1% per month on outstanding amounts. Students who wish to withdraw from the program must submit a formal request to the administration office at least one month before the end of the semester.

The refund policy applies only to students who leave the university before completing their course. Refunds are processed after deducting applicable fees and penalties, with the remaining balance credited back to the student's bank account within 30 days of withdrawal approval.
