Hostel & Mess Charges

Single Occupancy Room: ₹25,000 per month, includes air conditioning, internet connectivity, and basic furniture. Each room has a private bathroom and shared kitchen facilities.
Double Occupancy Room: ₹20,000 per month, with similar amenities but shared living spaces. These rooms are ideal for students who prefer a balanced lifestyle and social interaction.
Triple Occupancy Room: ₹18,000 per month, offering cost-effective accommodation without compromising comfort. Shared bathrooms and common areas are available to promote communal living.
Quad Occupancy Room: ₹15,000 per month, providing budget-friendly options for students who prioritize affordability. These rooms come with essential amenities and are well-maintained by the university.
The mess billing system is designed to be flexible and responsive to dietary requirements. Students can choose from a variety of meal plans, including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special diets such as lactose-free or gluten-free options. Monthly bills are calculated based on actual consumption and adjusted accordingly.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial aid schemes to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel rent for eligible students. Additional assistance is available for mess charges, medical fees, and examination fees.
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and hostel rent. Partial concessions are available for other components based on individual circumstances.
- MCM (Minority Community Students): 25% reduction in fees for students belonging to minority communities. Priority is given to those demonstrating academic excellence or financial need.
Eligibility criteria are determined based on income slabs, family composition, and documentation of socio-economic status. Applications must be submitted annually with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and Aadhaar cards.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within the specified deadlines to avoid late penalties and maintain enrollment status. Payment methods include online banking, NEFT/RTGS, debit/credit cards, and cash at designated counters on campus.
Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day, which accumulates until the outstanding amount is settled. Students are advised to plan their finances carefully to avoid any disruptions in their studies.
In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies apply according to the university's guidelines. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of all required documents and clearance of dues.
