Fee Structure Details
The total fee for the BBA program is approximately INR 279,000 per year. This includes tuition fees, hostel charges, mess fees, and other recurring expenses.
Tuition Fee: Covers instruction costs, laboratory access, library services, and digital resources. Fees are fixed annually and reviewed based on inflation rates and infrastructure upgrades.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus hostels with amenities such as Wi-Fi, AC rooms, study areas, and recreational facilities. Hostel types vary from single occupancy to shared rooms.
Mess Advance: A pre-paid amount for meals provided by the university’s mess services. Monthly mess bills are calculated based on consumption and adjustments are made accordingly.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle. Students are required to pay an advance of Rs 10,000 per month, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they stay away from campus for extended periods due to internships or academic projects.
Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships
The university offers various financial assistance schemes to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial waivers on hostel charges based on income slabs.
- EWS Category: Provides up to 50% concession on tuition fees for students with annual family income below Rs 3 lakh.
- MCM Category: Offers scholarships for meritorious students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, covering up to 75% of total fees.
Applications for these schemes must be submitted along with supporting documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards. The selection committee reviews applications based on eligibility criteria and available funds.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students can make payments through online portals, bank transfers, or cash at designated counters. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees and penalties.
Late Fee Calculation: Rs 500 per day is charged for delayed payments beyond the deadline. Payments made after three months may result in suspension of academic privileges.
Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 15 working days upon withdrawal from the program or completion of studies. Partial refunds are available if a student withdraws mid-semester, subject to deduction of administrative fees and penalties.
All refund requests must be accompanied by valid documentation including withdrawal forms, bank statements, and official letters from parents/guardians.
