Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, laboratory sessions, and administrative services provided by the university. It includes access to digital resources, online databases, and library facilities.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in a fully furnished room with shared amenities such as Wi-Fi, electricity, water supply, and cleaning services.

Mess Advance: A prepayment for meals provided by the university cafeteria. Students can adjust this amount based on actual consumption at the end of the semester.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies through scholarships, loans, and welfare programs.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services, including consultations with doctors and access to a pharmacy within the campus.

Gymkhana Fees: Provides access to sports facilities, gymnasiums, and recreational activities for physical wellness and stress relief.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs related to conducting examinations, evaluating answer sheets, and issuing certificates.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Students can choose between different types of hostels based on their preferences and budget constraints. The hostel charges vary depending on room type:

  • Single Occupancy Room: INR 25,000 per semester
  • Double Occupancy Room: INR 20,000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 18,000 per semester

The mess charges are fixed at INR 10,000 per semester and include three meals a day. Students can opt for different meal plans based on their dietary preferences or restrictions.

Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to academic commitments or health issues. The rebate amount is calculated based on the number of missed meals and approved by the hostel authorities.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various fee waivers and concessions to deserving students based on merit, financial need, or category-specific benefits:

  • Merit-Based Scholarships: Available to top-performing students in academics and extracurricular activities. The scholarship amount ranges from 50% to 100% of tuition fees.
  • Income-Based Concessions: Eligible for SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM categories with income below specified slabs. These concessions reduce the total fee by up to 50%.
  • Special Need Scholarships: For students with disabilities or those facing financial hardships due to natural disasters or family circumstances. The amount varies based on individual requirements.

Applications for these scholarships must be submitted before the start of the academic year and are reviewed by a dedicated committee.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students must make payment through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or UPI. Late payments attract a fee of INR 500 per day until the dues are cleared.

If a student withdraws from the university before completing one semester, the refund policy applies:

  • Withdrawal before one month: No refund
  • Withdrawal between one to three months: 50% refund of tuition fee
  • Withdrawal after three months: Full refund of tuition fee minus administrative charges

Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal and credited directly to the student's bank account. Any discrepancies should be reported to the finance department immediately.
