Students can choose between different types of hostels based on their preferences and budget constraints. The hostel charges vary depending on room type:
The mess charges are fixed at INR 10,000 per semester and include three meals a day. Students can opt for different meal plans based on their dietary preferences or restrictions.
Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to academic commitments or health issues. The rebate amount is calculated based on the number of missed meals and approved by the hostel authorities.
The university offers various fee waivers and concessions to deserving students based on merit, financial need, or category-specific benefits:
Applications for these scholarships must be submitted before the start of the academic year and are reviewed by a dedicated committee.
Students must make payment through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or UPI. Late payments attract a fee of INR 500 per day until the dues are cleared.
If a student withdraws from the university before completing one semester, the refund policy applies:
Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal and credited directly to the student's bank account. Any discrepancies should be reported to the finance department immediately.
