Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid by specified deadlines to avoid late penalties. Students can make payments online using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or UPI apps. The university also accepts cheques and demand drafts for certain categories.
For late payments, a fixed penalty of ₹500 per day is applied until full payment is received. Refunds are processed within 30 working days upon submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
The refund policy ensures that students receive refunds in proportion to the unused portion of fees when they withdraw from the program before completing the academic year. Full refunds are not granted for mid-year withdrawals unless approved by the administration.
