Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial aid options are available to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories receive a 50% discount on tuition fees.
• EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 25% concession on tuition and hostel charges.
• MCM (Minority Community): Merit-based scholarships are awarded to top performers in their qualifying exams.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transactions before the due date. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day, with a maximum cap of ₹10000 for any single transaction.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Withdrawal within 30 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
• Withdrawal between 31-90 days: 80% refund minus administrative charges
• Withdrawal after 90 days: No refund

Official refunds are processed within 60 working days of receiving the withdrawal request, subject to verification and clearance of dues.
