• Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, curriculum development, and academic resources provided by the university.
• Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in the university hostel with basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, electricity, and maintenance.
• Mess Advance: Paid monthly for food services at the university mess, which offers nutritious meals aligned with health guidelines.
• Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships through scholarships, grants, and emergency assistance.
• Medical Fees: Covers access to on-campus medical facilities, including consultations, diagnostics, and treatment.
• Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and recreational activities, including gym memberships, fitness programs, and event organization.
• Examination Fees: Includes costs associated with conducting semester exams, internal assessments, and result processing.

The hostel and mess charges vary based on room type. Single occupancy rooms cost INR 40,000 per semester, while double occupancy rooms are priced at INR 35,000 per semester. The mess billing system includes a fixed monthly charge with options for customized meal plans.

Fee waivers and concessions are available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligibility criteria include income slabs and family size, with full or partial exemptions provided based on need.

Payment procedures require students to complete online transactions through the university portal. Late payments incur a penalty of 1% per month, and refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the program, subject to administrative approval.
