Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus housing facilities equipped with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, AC, and 24-hour security services.

Mess Advance: Prepaid meal charges that cover daily meals throughout the semester. The mess billing system is transparent, allowing students to track their consumption and adjust accordingly.

Student Benevolent Fund: A voluntary fund used for supporting financially disadvantaged students through scholarships, emergency assistance, and academic support programs.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and emergency care provided on campus.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational activities and sports facilities available for students, promoting physical well-being and team building.

Examination Fees: Includes costs related to conducting internal assessments, final examinations, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers several hostel room types ranging from single occupancy rooms to shared accommodations with varying amenities. Students can choose between standard and premium options based on their preferences and budget.

Mess billing is managed through an online portal where students can view their consumption history, make adjustments, and receive notifications about upcoming charges. Rebate policies are in place for students who do not consume meals regularly or have special dietary requirements.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

Several financial aid options are available to eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive up to 100% fee waiver based on income slabs and caste certificates.
  • EWS Category: Eligible students may receive a 50% fee concession, subject to verification of family income.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): Students from minority communities can apply for partial fee reduction under government schemes.

The application process involves submitting an online form along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards. The committee reviews applications within 15 working days and notifies applicants via email or SMS.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made through NEFT/RTGS or debit/credit cards via the university’s official portal. Late payments attract a fixed late fee of INR 500 per month starting from the first day after the due date.

In case of withdrawal, the refund policy is as follows:

  • Before 30 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges (INR 2000).
  • Between 31-60 days: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative fees.
  • After 60 days: No refund will be processed unless there are extenuating circumstances approved by the administration.
