Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel facility offers both single and double occupancy rooms equipped with basic amenities such as beds, tables, chairs, and wardrobes. Students can select their room type based on availability and preference.
Mess billing follows a monthly system where students are charged based on actual consumption. The mess menu includes vegetarian options, with separate charges for non-vegetarian meals. Rebate policies are available for students who attend fewer meals or take leave during the month.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial aid is available for students from economically weaker sections based on income slabs:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver for tuition and hostel charges
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession for tuition and hostel charges
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession for tuition and hostel charges
Eligibility criteria include submitting income certificates, caste certificates, and other relevant documents. Applications must be submitted within the first month of admission to be considered for financial assistance.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are due by the 10th of each month, with late fees applied for delayed submissions. Students can make payments through online portals or at designated counters on campus.
The refund policy allows for partial refunds in cases of withdrawal or transfer. Full refunds are granted only if the student leaves before completing one semester, subject to deductions for administrative costs and hostel charges incurred.
Students who withdraw from the program after completing one semester may receive a refund proportional to the time spent, minus fees already paid and administrative charges.
