Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligibility based on income slabs below ₹2 lakh per annum. Benefits include full fee waiver or 50% concession on tuition fees.
- EWS Category: Income slab up to ₹3 lakh per annum. Offers 25% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community): Full fee waiver for students from minority communities with income below ₹2 lakh per annum.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through online banking or debit/credit card transactions using the university's secure portal. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced:
- First Semester: Payment due by 15th June
- Subsequent Semesters: Payment due by 30th August
Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until full payment is made. Refunds are processed within 45 days of withdrawal from the program, subject to deductions for any outstanding dues.
The refund policy applies only to students who withdraw before completing the first semester. After the completion of the first semester, no refunds will be granted unless there are extenuating circumstances approved by the university administration.
