Fee Component Details
Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, library access, laboratory use, and administrative services provided by the institute.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in single or double occupancy rooms along with utilities and maintenance.
Mess Advance: Advance payment for meals during the semester, subject to adjustments at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies.
Medical Fees: Covers medical services and health check-ups provided by the institute's medical center.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports fitness and recreational activities offered on campus.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel facilities are categorized into different types based on amenities and comfort levels:
- Single Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: INR 25,000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 20,000 per semester
The mess billing system operates on a monthly advance basis, with deductions made at the end of each month based on actual consumption. Rebates are available for students who maintain good attendance and academic performance.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institute offers several financial assistance options:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee with additional support for hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fee and partial concession on hostel charges.
Eligibility criteria for these schemes are based on income slabs and category certificates issued by competent authorities.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online via net banking, debit/credit cards, or through demand drafts. All payments must be completed before the deadline specified by the institute to avoid late fees.
Late Fee: INR 1000 per day for delayed payments beyond the due date.
Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the program, subject to deduction of applicable fees and penalties. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents.
