Hostel Rent: The hostel accommodation fee varies based on room type—single, double, or triple occupancy. Single rooms cost more but offer privacy, while shared rooms are more economical.
Mess Advance: A one-time advance payment for the entire academic year's mess expenses. This ensures that students do not face disruptions due to non-payment of daily meals.
Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution towards student welfare activities and support services provided by the college administration.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical consultations, emergency treatments, and health-related services available on campus.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational activities and sports facilities offered within the campus.

Hostel & Mess Charges

- Double Room: INR 65,000 per semester

Mess charges are fixed at INR 15,000 for the entire academic year and include three meals a day. Additional snacks or beverages can be purchased separately.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds in case of prolonged absences due to illness or other valid reasons. A formal application must be submitted along with supporting documents to claim such rebates.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The college offers various financial aid options to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for 100% fee waiver with an income slab of less than INR 2 lakh per annum.
- EWS Category Students: Receive a 50% fee concession with an income slab of less than INR 4 lakh per annum.
- MCM (Minority Community Students): Eligible for 25% fee concession with an income slab of less than INR 3 lakh per annum.
Applications for financial aid must be submitted before the start of the academic year and require documentation such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards. The selection process is based on merit and need.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are to be made through NEFT/RTGS or online banking transfers. The payment deadline for each semester is set two weeks before the commencement of classes. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the deadline.
In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies apply based on the following criteria:
- Withdrawal within one month: Full refund minus administrative charges of INR 10,000.
- Withdrawal between one and three months: 75% refund minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal beyond three months: No refund will be processed.
The refund process typically takes 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal request along with necessary documentation.
