Hostel & Mess Charges
Students are required to live on campus in our fully air-conditioned hostels, which come with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security. Hostel rooms are available in various configurations:
- Single Occupancy Room: INR 25,000 per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: INR 18,000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 15,000 per semester
Mess charges are collected in advance for the semester and vary based on meal preferences:
- Standard Menu: INR 15,000 per semester
- Premium Menu: INR 20,000 per semester
Rebate policies are applicable for students who leave campus during breaks or if they opt for home stay. The refund mechanism ensures transparency in billing and adjustments.
Scholarships & Financial Aid

- Merit-Based Scholarships: Available to students with top 10% rank in JEE Advanced or JEE Main. These scholarships cover up to 100% of tuition fees.
- Need-Based Concessions: For SC/ST/PwD students, EWS category, and MCM (Minority Community Members), partial fee waivers are provided based on income slabs.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through online banking or credit/debit card transactions. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced:
- First Installment: Due at the beginning of each semester
- Second Installment: Due by mid-semester
Late fees are calculated as 5% per month on outstanding balances. Refund policies are outlined in the student handbook:
- Withdrawal Before Academic Start: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal After First Month: 70% refund after deduction of processing fees
- Withdrawal After Completion of One Semester: No refund
Students are advised to submit withdrawal requests in writing with proper documentation. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval.
