The fee structure for the MBA program includes several components designed to cover various aspects of student life and academic development:

• Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, access to academic resources, library services, and administrative support. This is the primary component of the fee structure.
• Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-hosted residential facilities. Various room types are available, ranging from single occupancy to shared dormitories with common amenities.
• Mess Advance: Prepaid meal charges that ensure students have access to nutritious meals throughout the academic year. The mess billing system operates monthly, allowing for adjustments based on attendance and consumption patterns.
• Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution towards supporting financially disadvantaged students and funding extracurricular activities.
• Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the university's medical center, including consultations, medications, and emergency care.
• Gymkhana Fees: Supports physical fitness programs, sports facilities, and recreational activities offered on campus.
• Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting assessments, grading, and issuing certificates.

Hostel & Mess Charges

University-hosted hostels offer comfortable living environments with modern amenities. Room types include single occupancy rooms, double occupancy rooms, and shared dormitories. Each room is equipped with essential furniture, internet connectivity, and security systems.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle, where students pay in advance for meals. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly, ensuring fair billing practices. The university also provides special dietary options for students with specific requirements or preferences.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial assistance schemes are available to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive 100% fee waiver based on verified documentation.
• EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% fee concession upon submission of valid income certificates.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): A 25% discount is applicable for students from minority communities recognized by the government.

Income slabs for scholarship eligibility are as follows:

• Below INR 2 Lakh/year: Full scholarship
• INR 2-4 Lakh/year: 50% scholarship
• INR 4-6 Lakh/year: 25% scholarship

The application process involves submitting required documents and forms to the finance department. The review committee evaluates applications based on income proof, academic performance, and other relevant criteria.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students are expected to complete fee payments by the stipulated deadlines each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of 10% per month on outstanding dues. Payment can be made through online portals, bank transfers, or cash at designated counters.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund procedures follow university guidelines. A processing fee of 5% is deducted from the refunded amount, and refunds are typically processed within 30 days of application submission.
